Exercise for health and wellbeing

Taking place on Wednesday mornings from 10am until 11am approx.  Under the guidance of the group leader, the class involves individuals undertaking a range of gentle movements the purpose of which will assist them to stimulate physical and mental well-being, increase mobility and improve strength and posture.   Gentle exercises classes are carried out under supervision and in both the short and long-term, can promote good health and enhance the quality of life.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi was originally developed for self-defence, but today is a gentle form of exercise best used to reduce stress and promote well being.

Tai Chi helps to balance mind and body connection and is also a wonderful form of exercise with many health benefits. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Our Tai Chi class runs weekly at the White House on Friday’s from 1:15pm to 2:15pm, classes are just £3. No booking is required so why not pop along this Friday.
